The "victim" didnt like the cops answer so she went and clarified what the judge meant, didnt get new orders. If the law didnt have a clear idea, how would I? BUT DEPUTY WOODIN still arrestsed me with two other officers. I was denied a proper meal that I could eat without gluten, my grievances ignored and went without food for 24hrs. The transcripts are provided in attachement of the UNLAWFUL misconduct of JUDGE SANDRA UPCHURCH who I wish to bring before the SUPREME COURT OF HER BLATANT VIOLATIONS depriving me of due process and now causing my arrest. This is malicoius and acts of color of law that are WRONG. Now the state of florida attorney cameron brookefiled had knowledge of these things prior to the state accusing me of crimes and the state is refusing to disclose that which would PROVE my innocense, and my public defender LEE STEPHENS refuses to fight my case properly. THese officers of the Court need disciplined and had the Judge NOT violated me I would NOT BE IN THIS SPOT. THIS IS EX POST FACTO LAW and an unlawful arrest! And I wish to press charges on the law officers violating their oath and trespassing the law against me! Including the Judge and state attorney.
